There is only one way forward: Connect every man, woman,
and child to G-d Al-mighty!
And, to each other!
Raya Mehemna - Shliach 2.0
רעיא מהימנא
The responsibility of the Jew is to shepherd (nourish and sustain) the faith of his fellow Jews and every man. Every Jew is a Shliach (emissary) of the extension of Moshe Rabbeinu in the generation.
In fact, Zecharia prophecies that you as a Jew will have 2,800 non-Jews that you are completely responsible for.
So said the Lord of Hosts: In those days, when ten men of all the languages of the nations shall take hold of the tzitzis of a Jewish man, saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that G-d is with you." Zechariah 8:23

Wow! That means 2,800 gentiles taking hold of your tzitzis – 10 from each of 70 main nations for each of the four corners – 10x70x4 = 2,800!
According to the Lubavitcher Rebbe, this will begin to unfold in these very days, the days verging on the True and Complete Redemption.
“Those days” are transitioning to “These days.”
All this simultaneously with our responsibility to our families and our fellow Jews.
Every Jew, a Faithful Shepherd and a Shepherd of Faith
You can, and must, be this Reya Mehemna, faithful shepherd, now. Your family, your fellow Jews and your 2,800 Gentiles are waiting for you, counting on you.
Why must you? Because this is the definition of a Jew and because the men of the gentile nations are seeking you out.
Moshe Rabbeinu and his extension in every generation were זן ומפרנס the אמונה of בני ישראל , sustaining and nourishing the faith of the Jewish People, just as a shepherd tends to and cares for his flock. We, the common man, are like Moshe Rabbeinu’s feet, carrying this nourishment to every man.
It is critical now more than ever, to be the Raya Mehemna. The Holy Ruzhiner said that in the time before Moshiach comes, there will be a thin string of Emunah (faith) stretched across the world and as we hang onto that string, it will shake violently and we will have to do everything possible to hang on.
Hence Raya Mehemna/Shliach 2.0. More than ever, you need to be grounded in Emunah, and your family, too. It is not sufficient to make sure you are holding on - you also need to connect those around you, Jew and Gentile.
The deep bond between Jew and Gentile started with Abraham, Our Father.
The relationship described by Zecharia 8:23 is a deep bond of teaching and responsibility that flows from our father, Avraham, the first Jew. Avraham is “Av Hamon Goyim” which means Father of the Multitude of Nations, that is father of the entire world. His name was originally Avram, meaning Father of Aram, which is his then locale.
But due to his dedication and love of G-d and his dedication to and love of men, G-d Almighty changed his name to reflect his expanded responsibility. His dedication and love are what he implanted in his son, Yitzchak, and through Yaakov to all generations of Jews. So too with all his offspring.
That responsibility and bond continue and increase today.
I am just one of 14 million Jews (may they increase!) with this mission and responsibility and just one of many who are living up to their responsibility every day. But we cannot do it alone. We need every Jew in this role.
That responsibility means that this relationship is both like a teacher and student, and like a Rebbe and Chassid, and even more, where the Jew is not just a teacher but responsible for the spiritual and physical well-being of the Gentile, Chassid from among the nations.
I welcome you to join our program which trains you to be the faithful shepherd in the Jewish Community and to the 2,800 Gentile men, as we work together to serve G-d Almighty
(For then I will make the peoples pure of speech,So that they all invoke the LORD by name And serve Him with one accord. Zephaniah 3:9).
King David most treasured his relationship with G-d Almighty as His servant – that is what we all seek.
This is no secondary pastime. In Sefer HaMitzvos, the Rambam defines Ahavas Hashem (Mitzva 3) through Avrohom Avinu’s devoted action to reach every gentile. If you and I really love G-d Almighty we will want to let everyone know about our Great and Awesome G-d Almighty. So it is central to our mission in the world and our fulfillment of the mitzvos.
You don’t need anyone’s permission to do this work of spreading the knowledge of G-d Almighty to every man.
Why Now More than Ever?
Widespread atheism, spiritual and physical collapse.
Torah teaches that the True and Complete Redemption will only occur once all the governments become atheist deniers of G-d Almighty.
Why is that?!
Because when the governments become atheist deniers of G-d Almighty, civilization will begin to collapse with inflation, riots, chaos (G-d Forbid!). The smart men among the gentiles will realize that everything they have believed in is not working and they will turn to the Jew and say, “You have carried the Torah for thousands of years which is G-d Almighty’s blueprint for the world, for men and for civilization. Teach us how we should be living and how civilization should be built and endure.”
-
The gentiles will realize that what they have relied on in their thinking until now will not be able to meet the challenges of today.
-
We can see around us that we have reached these times, with the governments becoming active and militant deniers of G-d Almighty.
-
Only Torah provides the blueprint for the defensive and offensive strategy to completely establish G-d Almighty’s Kingdom.
-
You cannot afford to be unprepared. You cannot pretend this job is not for you.
The Focus on Jerusalem is superseded by an appreciation for the Jew
Zechariah prophesied (8:20-22) that as the True and Complete Redemption approaches, the nations will seek to travel to Jerusalem, recognizing it as G-d Almighty’s Holy City, and praying there, but at the same time overlooking the Jew.
But as we turn the corner on the True and Complete Redemption, Zechariah prophesies that the Gentile men will realize that instead, it is the Jew, the steward of G-d Almighty’s Wisdom for over three thousand eight hundred years, who must be sought out and grasped to go with him. (8:23)
The relationship is the cornerstone
While book study is vital and the Jewish People are called the People of the Book, the true transmission of Divine Wisdom is orally from teacher to student.
Therefore, when you sign up you will not be dumped into a prepared library because our focus here is more than the information – it is on the relationship between us, the responsibility we have as Jews to nourish and sustain the faith of every man. On knowing that the Torah will guide us to fulfill what each and every one of our forefathers longed to fulfill.
Shliach 2.0 - Taking Shlichus to the Next Level Incomparably More Effective and Successful
The Lubavitcher Rebbe said every Jew is a shliach of the Nosi HaDor. But, innocently, through limited thinking, the Rebbe’s vision has never been implemented. Rather only a tiny number call themselves “Shliach” and, innocently, but mistakenly, thinking souls and resources are limited, they restrict the number of openings for this essential work. Being a shliach is not an add-on title but rather the essence of what every Jew is.
Our goal is to take Shlichus to where the Rebbe wanted it. With every Jewish man and woman, a shliach and a shlucha. It’s decentralized, it’s real and it’s explosive in its reach.
We are calling it Shliach 2.0 to express that we are restoring shlichus to its original definition and surpassing the quantity and quality of the wonderful and important work in shlichus that has been done in the first iteration of the Rebbe’s shlichus.
Once you begin teaching your fellow Jews and your 2,800 gentiles, and they realize that they are Shluchim of G-d Almighty, they will become Shliach 3.0, the gentile who lives as a Shliach of G-d Almighty pursuing every last corner of the world spread the knowledge of G-d Almighty. As you complete our training and materials and tests, you will receive a Shliach 2.0 Certificate. You don’t need our training or our certificate to be a Shliach. That is part of who you are as a Jew. The certificate represents your public commitment to your role and that you have completed a baseline of orientation to this responsibility to the Jewish People and the Gentiles of the world.
Our goal is threefold – so nourish your faith that you can nourish the faith of your family, your fellow Jews, and your 2,800 gentiles.
We aim for you to open your own relationship with your own 2,800 in addition to the Jews you inspire. Hopefully, very soon you will have your own site RabbiYourName.org where you will welcome your 2,800 and sustain and nourish their faith in G-d Almighty.
