One of the High Priest's garments was worn to atone for crooked judgments.Woe to us when there is a judiciary devoid of G-d. The people have a responsibility to set up courts, appoint judges, gather evidence, reach a judgment now, even if there is not yet power of enforcement. In fact, the muscles of enforcement are just waiting for honest and true direction.
